hi i just made a deardiary....i read your intro. i know how you feel really, i'm 13 and i have depression problems [almost my whole mom's side does] and when people try to help me...i get angry and it makes things worse. my mom doesn't understand me, and doesn't want to. i used to cut myself because i felt that would draw attention from my mom, but that just made her angry. i felt i should comment this because you seem to have depression in common with me. me and my boyfriend got into an argument today, and i fear that i might have ruined our relationship. i wish my parents could understand what i'm going through everyday...and not have to talk to my friends about it constantly. well that's all i wanted to say i suppose ...

I hope you've recovered from the accident by now. Anyone can have an accident. Sometimes they're a reminder for us to be more careful. If you were both safe and nobody else was hurt then that's the important thing.

But then, I know that you've been battling depression for a long time. I know how that feels. I do it too. There are people who need you and love you. Same for me, even though mine are scattered and aren't here living with me. You're lucky to have a family.. and a new baby on the way. They all need you to hold yourself together. Try to use the accident as a lesson and not a punishment. Hugs to you in your struggle, Kathy

I am not trying to judge you because my family life is like a constant car crash, and everyone(me the most) are getting hurt over and over, because one or more parties are thinking about themselves only.)Today we live in a me generation. People only care about themselves. I care about others,but they don't care about themselves, or me.

When you have a child  so small and innocent, (you have to literally do what the bible says,) "put yourself last." This guy wad selfish and determine to not let you get ahead of him, but you should have thought about being first. We, in this world, have a me attitude and do not think proper. I feel, (just my opinion)that you were selfish also. When you were trying to get ahead, and you couldn't, why did you persue it. God was looking out for you all, because he knew you are imperfect and he gave you protection. So in the future put yourself last.

Go to mental health and apply for charity care. They will help with treatment, but you have to pay for medcines.

Hey you...how's it going?  Go to any social service in your area, and ask for help.  Tell them (vaguely) your situation and go from there...as far as opening up...I highly doubt you would get committed.  You have to be a major menace to others or yourself. 

I"ve had bad days where I felt like blowing my head off...against my own fears, I had to talk to someone about it.  They just had me on 24 hour watch and they doubled up my appts until it passed.  They can't help you if you aren't completely honest.  You have to trust...i know it's hard, but you have to do it. 

I do hope you get the help you seek.

I am no doctor but yet again, you are angry, frustrated, stressed and there must be a reason.  Going to the DR. is a good idea.  Hopefully all you will need is a vacation or just some activity that can give you the release you need

I cant tell you what will make it feel better but your impatience and short temper, your stress and other stuff indicates that something is really bothering you and you might know what or then again you might not know.  Maybe you need some you time.  Go to the movies by yourself, go for a walk by yourself

Do you own any gaming consoles...I have a really good friend that gets inmersed into his xbox to get rid of the stress and it has worked
